REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

At Noirstalgia Avenue, we meticulously test and restore each vintage camera to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and functionality. However, due to the nature of vintage electronics, unforeseen issues may occasionally arise.

We accept returns only for faulty or defective items under our 14-day guarantee, starting from the day the item is delivered.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition that you received it, including all original accessories and packaging.

• The issue must be reported within 14 days of delivery and approved via email before shipping the item back.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind or incorrect ordering.

• Ordering by mistake.

• Not knowing how to operate the camera.

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or alterations after delivery.

Refunds or exchanges will not be granted if:

• The item is not returned safely in its original condition and packaging.

• The item is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

• The item is returned more than 14 days after return email confirmation.

RETURN SHIPPING

• Once a return request is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty due to our error.

• Items should be shipped with tracking and adequate packaging to prevent damage in transit.

• If the return arrives outside of the approved 14-day window, it will no longer be eligible for a refund or exchange, but can still be accepted for inspection/repair.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any damages resulting from:

• Misuse of the product.

• Improper handling.

• Failure to follow instructions after purchase.

We also do not guarantee compatibility with third-party devices unless explicitly stated in the product description.
