Are Returns Accepted For All Items?
Returns Are Only Accepted For Items That Are Faulty Or Damaged. Items Must Be Reported Within The 2-Week Guarantee Period.
What if the item I received is damaged or faulty?
We professionally test and restore every camera to ensure that all items sold are of a high standard and good quality. However, with vintage electrical items, unexpected issues can sometimes occur that are beyond our control.
We’re more than happy to review your order and accept returns or exchanges for faulty or damaged items. Please contact us straight away so we can assess the issue — you’re fully covered under our 2-week guarantee period. Note: the guarantee starts from the day you receive your order.
Do you have a physical store I can come and visit?
No, unfortunately we don’t yet have a physical store. Our cameras are currently only available online.
